Life can feel heavy when anxiety, depression, or past trauma keep you stuck in cycles of stress and self-doubt. You may find yourself asking, “Why can’t I just feel normal?” or “When will things finally get better?”

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker helping adolescents, young adults, and adults create space for healing and growth. My approach is person-centered, grounded in evidence-based practice, and integrates faith as much — or as little — as you’d like.

This is your space to pause, breathe, and begin again.

All sessions are held online (telehealth), from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Therapy is available to clients located in New York and Tennessee; coaching is available worldwide, since it isn’t restricted by state licensure.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect and make sure we’re a good fit before you commit to anything.
How long are sessions?
Individual sessions are about 50 minutes. An initial diagnostic evaluation runs about an hour.
Do you take my insurance?
I accept select insurance plans, and out-of-pocket sessions are welcome with a sliding scale available. See the insurance page or reach out to check your coverage.
Do you offer private pay?
Private-pay therapy is available for clients who prefer flexibility, privacy, or do not want to rely on insurance for care. Superbills may be provided for clients with out-of-network benefits. Insurance options are also available depending on plan and location. See the insurance and fees page for rates and accepted plans.
